• French private free-TV group M6 has acquired the free-to-air broadcasting rights in France for the final of the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2025, scheduled for Wednesday 17/12/2025.
• FIFA has invested more than $100m in futsal since 2016, "whether through its competitions or through the FIFA Forward development programme," it announced as the first-ever Women's Futsal World Cup kicks off on 21/11/2025 in the Philippines.
• Kappa (equipment manufacturer) and OGC Nice (Ligue 1 McDonald's) have unveiled the "Populaire Sud" shirt, a tribute to 40 years of the ultra movement in Nice.
• Knighthead Capital Management, the entity that owns Birmingham City FC (Sky Bet Championship), has unveiled plans for a new 62,000-seat stadium designed by Heatherwick Studio and MANICA Architecture. The stadium is due for completion at the start of the 2030-31 season.
• Content creator and video artist Zack Nani has acquired the rights from CONMEBOL to broadcast the 2025 editions of the Copa Sudamericana and Copa Libertadores finals in French, which he will make available on his Twitch and YouTube channels…
