LFP: 5^th wave of the spectator experience survey conducted from 25/11 to 19/12

The Ligue de Football Professionnel, in collaboration with the 18 Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs and the 18 Ligue 2 BKT clubs, is launching the fifth wave of its survey dedicated to the spectator experience in stadiums, announced the body on 25/11/2025.

This survey, conducted with the Ipsos BVA institute, will be carried out from 25/11 to 19/12/2025 via an online form distributed by the league and the clubs. Launched for the first time in 2013 and repeated every three years, this initiative "has established itself as an essential tool for supporting professional clubs in measuring, managing and improving the quality of the welcome and services offered in stadiums."

The objectives of the survey, both at each stadium and nationally, are to: "gain a deeper understanding of spectator profiles and assess the overall quality of the stadium experience, covering in particular:
⚽️ accessibility and ease of entrance;
⚽️ comfort and quality of facilities;
⚽️ entertainment and services offered;
⚽️ catering options;
⚽️ safety inside and outside the stadium;
⚽️ cleanliness of the various areas.
