LALIGA: a turnover of €2.017bn (down 0.8%) & a net profit of €6.2m in 2024-25

LALIGA posted a turnover of €2.017bn for the 2024-25 financial year, down 0.8% (-€16m) on 2023-24 (€2.033bn), as well as a net profit of €6.2m (following a net loss of €5.2m) and equity of €53.2m, stated the body on its website, following approval of its annual accounts by its executive committee and by the board of directors of LALIGA Group International (the holding company responsible for developing the LALIGA Impulso strategic project, which unites the Spanish professional league with the CVC Capital Partners investment fund, which holds an 8.2% stake).

These revenues consist mainly of audiovisual rights (€1.872bn, up 0.8%), of which €1.572bn were paid to the clubs. Revenue from partnerships and licences came to €129.4m, down €33.2m (-20.4%). The Spanish league also had a wage bill of €40.4m in 2024-25, up very slightly on 2023-24 (€39.5m).

These figures include all the activities of LALIGA and its subsidiaries, at both national and international level: LALIGA Business School, LALIGA Academy, Legends project, technological development, etc.
