Germany/Women's Bundesliga: Katharina Kiel (Eintracht Frankfurt) president of the executive committee

Katharina Kiel, director of women's football at Eintracht Frankfurt (Bundesliga), has been appointed president of the präsidium (executive committee) of the new Women's Bundesliga (Frauen-Bundesliga FBL e.V), announced the 14 Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga clubs at the end of the league's founding ceremony held at Deutsche Bank Park (Frankfurt), on 10/12/2025.

Katharina Kiel is also a member of the EFC working group dedicated to women's football. The executive committee of the new structure also includes two vice-presidents: Veronica Sass, legal director of FC Bayern Munich, and Florian Zeutschler, managing director of SGS Essen, an all-women's club.

"The joint organisation of the first division clubs is synonymous with the joint decision to actively shape the future of German women's football as clubs in a sustainable manner, to develop potential and to maximise professionalism through significant investment," said the 14 clubs in a joint press release.
