United States / YouTube: a dedicated sports subscription to be launched on YouTube TV in 2026

YouTube (Google) is to launch the YouTube Sports TV subscription on its YouTube TV service in the US in 2026, announced the video platform on 10/12/2025.

This offer will provide "access to all the major broadcasters" as well as sports channels such as FS1, NBC Sports Network and ESPN channels. Subscribers will also be able to add options, including the NFL Sunday Ticket and RedZone (the NFL channel). The price of this sports-dedicated subscription has yet to be announced. The overall YouTube TV package is currently available for a monthly $82,99 in the United States.

The launch of this subscription comes as The Walt Disney Company and YouTube have reached a new agreement for the distribution of ESPN channels on YouTube TV in the United States as part of a multi-year agreement, on 14/11/2025. This renewal ended a two-week blackout of ESPN channels on YouTube TV in early November 2025, after the two entities were unable to reach an agreement on the renewal of their partnership.
