Paris Saint-Germain: opening of an academy in the Guangdong province (China)

Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 McDonald's) have opened a PSG Academy in the Guangdong province in China, as part of a partnership with Shenzhen Premier Sports & Events Management Limited, announced the club on 12/12/2025.

This is the third PSG academy to open in the Greater Bay Area (Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area) after those in Macao and Hong Kong in 2023. "This progressive expansion across the cities of the Greater Bay Area reflects Paris Saint-Germain’s commitment to strengthening regional cooperation, developing cross-border competitions and delivering showcase events that support the growth of football throughout Greater China."

This academy will offer:
• training sessions for girls and boys aged 4 to 18;
• sessions supervised by "certified coaches following the club’s official program;"
• participation in international events organized within the PSG Academy network, including the prestigious PSG Academy World Cup held in Paris.
