Spain/RFEF: projected budget of €403.5m (+8.4%) unanimously approved for 2026

The general assembly of the Real Federacion Espanola de Futbol which met in an extraordinary session on 15/12/2025, unanimously approved (87 votes in favour, 0 abstention, 0 against) a projected budget of €403.5m for the financial year 2026 (01/01 to 31/12) announced the RFEF the same day.

The executive committee of the Real Federacion Espanola de Futbol, which met in Madrid (ESP) on 02/12/2025, had approved this projected budget, up 8.4% on 2025 (€372.3m).

The Spanish Super Cup (final four format involving the Spanish champions and runners-up, as well as the Copa del Rey winners and finalists), held in Saudi Arabia from 07 to 11/01/2026, is expected to generate €51.9m for the RFEF (representing 12.8% of total revenues), driven by three main revenue streams:
• Sponsorship: €27m;
• Organisation and participation fees: €11.5m;
• TV rights: €12.69m (+70% in Spain and +27% internationally).
