FC Bayern Munich: acquisition of a stadium dedicated to the women's team (€7.5m)

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga), via its subsidiary Allianz Arena Stadion GmbH, has acquired the Sportpark Unterhaching, a stadium with a capacity of around 15,000 located to the south-east of Munich (Germany), to host training sessions and matches for its women's team (Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga), announced the club on 16/12/2025.

The stadium, which is set to undergo renovation work, will also host the women’s Champions League home matches from the 2026-27 season onwards. The acquisition of the venue from the City of Unterhaching is estimated at €7.5m by several German media outlets.

FC Bayern Munich’s women’s team, which plays most of its matches at the Bayern Campus with a limited capacity of 2,500 seats, set a new attendance record on 06/09/2025 with 57,762 spectators at the Allianz Arena for the match against Bayer 04 Leverkusen (2-0) on the opening matchday of the 2025-26 Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga season.
