Bologna FC 1909: agreement extended with Fanatics for the management of e-commerce and retail operations

Fanatics, a manufacturer and distributor of licensed sports products, has extended as an official partner of Bologna FC 1909 (Serie A Enilive) and will continue to manage the club's e-commerce and retail operations, announced both parties on 16/12/2025.

The American group first became a partner of Bologna FC in 2022, "with merchandising sales increasing six fold" since. "The positive performance continues in the 2025-26 season: retail sales in stores have increased by 15%, while e-commerce has grown by 25% compared to the previous season, which had already marked the club’s best-ever result in the retail sector," said the Italian club, which generated €23.8m in commercial revenue in 2024-25.

This extended agreement "will also give Fanatics new rights when it comes to licensing, design and production, as well as the management of the wholesale distribution and marketplace activities," added Bologna FC. The partnership will continue to be managed by the American company's Italian headquarters in Milan.
