Borussia Dortmund: departure of Sascha Fligge, director of communication since April 2012

Sascha Fligge, director of communication at Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) since April 2012, has left his position by mutual agreement with the club, announced BVB on 18/12/2025.

"Spending such a long period of time in a leadership role within the same organisation is nowadays - and particularly in the fast-moving media sector - something quite exceptional. We would like to thank Sascha for the very valuable collaboration and wish him all the best for his personal and professional future," said Carsten Cramer, spokesperson for Borussia Dortmund's management board.
