Manchester City FC: revenue of £694.1m & a net loss of £9.9m in 2024-25

Manchester City FC (Premier League) generated revenues (excluding capital gains on player transfers) of £694.1m (€790.9m at 30/06/2025) during the 2024-25 financial year (from 01/07/2024 to 30/06/2025), down 3% on the 2023-24 financial year (£715m/€843.7m on 30/06/2024), according to the club's financial report published on 16/12/2025. It is the third highest turnover in the club’s history.

Manchester City, owned by City Football Group, posted a net loss of £9.9m (€11.3m) in 2024-25, compared with a net profit of £73.7m (€86.9m) in 2023-24. The club's wage bill was down slightly to £355.4m (€405m), compared with £359.1m (€423.7m) in 2023-24.

Manchester City's three sources of income have declined, including TV rights, which are down to £278.63m (compared to £294.7m in 2023-24), due to the club's elimination in the knockout stage of the Champions League, compared to a quarter-final exit in 2023-24.
