Cagliari Calcio: economic and financial plan submitted for the new stadium project

Cagliari Calcio (Serie A Enilive) has "filed with the competent authorities the economic and financial plan (PEF) for the updated definitive design of the new Cagliari stadium, together with the accompanying explanatory report and the supporting technical documentation," announced the club on 18/12/2025.

The plan is "a cornerstone of the authorization and concession process - demonstrates the project’s economic sustainability and financing structure. Unicredit’s (bank) attestation independently certifies the consistency of the financial framework, the congruity of costs, and the reliability of the projected revenue streams, confirming the project’s long-term feasibility. The debt structure has been defined in close coordination with SFIRS - the Financial Institution of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia - whose collaboration contributed to fine-tuning the financial instruments dedicated to the project and to safeguarding the overall economic-financial balance".
