TotalEnergies AFCON 2025: Puma, most represented equipment supplier for the 6^th consecutive edition

With four national teams under contract (including host country Morocco), Puma is the most represented of the 17 brands partnered with the 24 teams qualified for the TotalEnergies AFCON 2025 (played from 21/12/2025 to 18/01/2026).

The German equipment manufacturer has seen its number of partner federations reduced by two compared to the TotalEnergies AFCON 2023, during which it provided kits for six national teams. Despite its contract with Equatorial Guinea ending after the 2023 edition of the competition and Ghana failing to qualify for 2025, Puma remains ahead of Macron (with three teams under contracts) and Moroccan equipment supplier AB Sport (with two).

Besides these three brands, just one other (Lacatoni) works with several participating teams, while 13 of the 17 equipment manufacturers represented (76%) have partnered with a single team. Such is the case for Nike, the most represented equipment supplier at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, and adidas, the leader at the 2018 World Cup, which are under contract with Nigeria and Algeria respectively.
