AS Roma: technical and economic feasibility study submitted for the new stadium project

AS Roma (Serie A Enilive) have delivered the technical and economic feasibility study for their new stadium project, announced the club on 23/12/2025.

The club "wishes to extend a special and personal thanks to Mayor Roberto Gualtieri (Democratic Party, centre-left) for his support, availability, and constant collaboration, which have made this crucial step possible. The submitted project, which precedes the final design phase, represents the result of in-depth work carried out with technical precision, attention to sustainability, and a clear vision: to offer the city of Rome and its fans a facility worthy of their history, passion, and future."

The stadium, one of 10 shortlisted by Italy to host Euro 2032 (co-organised with Turkey), is set to be built in the Pietralata district, northeast of Rome. With a flexible capacity of between 55,000 and 62,000 depending on the type of event hosted, the stadium will feature "modern, multifunctional spaces designed to experience AS Roma beyond matchdays" as well was "the largest south stand in Europe."
