Ligue 1: Kia launches "Kia Experience 360" app, allowing fans to explore Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux

Kia, the Korean automobile manufacturer which is main shirt sponsor of Girondins de Bordeaux (Ligue 1), launched the application "Kia Experience 360" which fives fans behind the scenes access to the Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux (42,000 seats), alongside players from the Bordeaux club, on 22/05/2015.

The application offers its users a virtual tour: the user is taken to the Nouveau Stade in the new Kia Sorento car, passing through the players' changing rooms. By turning whilst using the app, the user can enjoy the 360° images filmed by Kia. The application is free and available on Android tablets and mobiles, and iOS.

The Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux was inaugurated at the Girondins Bordeaux-Montpellier HSC match (Matchday 38, the final matchday of Ligue 1) on 23/05/2015 at 21:00. Spectators at the match could also enjoy the application through Samsung GEAR VR headsets that provide total immersion in the experience.
