FIFA: Marriott Bonvoy (hotels) official supporter of the 2026 World Cup in North America

The American hospitality group Mariott, via its loyalty programme Mariott Bonvoy, has become an official supporter of the 2026 World Cup in North America, announced FIFA on 06/01/2026. The competition is to be held in the United States, Canada and Mexico from 11/06 to 19/07/2026.

As part of this agreement, the brand will provide "immersive hotel stays, new Marriott Bonvoy moments, exclusive packages and one-of-a-kind drops," said the international federation. The group will also team up with Visa, a FIFA partner (1^st level) since 2014, to create "unique customer experiences" during the tournament.

Mariott Bonvoy ranks third in the sponsorship hierarchy of the competition, behind the FIFA partners and the official sponsors. With regard to this second level, only one agreement remains to be signed for the 2026 World Cup, according to FIFA on the occasion of the extension of its partnership with the Chinese group Hisense, the ninth and penultimate official sponsor of the competition, on 05/09/2025.
