FIFA: congress to be streamed live "for purposes of transparency" on FIFA.com on 28 and 29/05/2015

"For purposes of transparency, the congress will be broadcast live and in its entirety on FIFA.com," said the international federation on 22/05/2015. The 65^th FIFA Congress will be held in Zurich (Switzerland), on 28 (opening ceremony, from 17:00 CET) and 29/05/2015.

The election of the president of FIFA for the 2015-2019 period, which pits the Swiss Joseph Blatter, president of the pending since 1998 against the Jordanian Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, the president of the Jordanian federation and a vice-president of FIFA, is one of the major items on the agenda.

The live broadcast on the FIFA website will include the opening ceremony of the congress, speeches, the approval of the budget for 2016, deliberations, reports and votes, and the press conference held after the congress.
