Formula 1: Puma replaces Castore as McLaren Mastercard F1 Team’s equipment supplier from 2026

Puma has become the official ”team kit and apparel partner” of the McLaren Mastercard F1 Team from the 2026 season, announced the team on 20/01/2026.

The multi-year partnership, concluded at McLaren Racing group level, covers the entirety of the British group’s activities: the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team, the Arrow McLaren IndyCar Team, both McLaren Racing entries in F1 Academy, the McLaren F1 Sim Racing Team and, from 2027, the McLaren United AS WEC Hypercar Team.

Puma will supply team kit and apparel for the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team, covering drivers, mechanics and staff, and will also commercialise replica and lifestyle collections. The German brand has also announced "special events and unique drops" as part of the partnership. Puma will have the right to use the image of McLaren’s two drivers, namely Lando Norris (GBR), reigning world champion, and Oscar Piastri (AUS, 3^rd in 2025).

From 2026, the team will also benefit from a title sponsor, Mastercard, and will unveil the livery of its 2026 cars on 09/02/2026.
