Netflix: a turnover of $45bn (+15.8%) and 325 million global subscribers (+7.7%) in 2025

Netflix posted a turnover of $45.18bn (€38.4bn) in 2025, up 15.8% compared to 2024 ($39bn/€37.53bn), announced the American streaming platform upon the publication of its financial results on 20/01/2026.

The streaming service also posted a net profit of $10.98bn (€9.33bn). Netflix had "more than 325 million subscribers" worldwide in December 2025 (+23.37 million, up 7.7% on December 2024), a new record for the streaming service.

After a year marked by the broadcast of several sporting events at a global scale in 2024, the platform continued to develop its live sports offering throughout 2025. From boxing matches and WWE events to NFL Christmas Games, Netflix continues to expand into the sports streaming market.

The company has also become a FIFA partner for the exclusive broadcast of the 2027 and 2031 Women's World Cups in the United States and Canada. Ahead of the 2026 World Cup, the two entities will also launch a licensed football simulation ahead of the 2026 World Cup that will be available exclusively on the Netflix Games platform.
