FIFA/Women’s Champions Cup: $2.3m for the winning club, a record amount for a women’s tournament

The winners of the 2026 FIFA Women’s Champions Cup will receive $2.3m (€1.94m), "the highest single payout ever awarded in women’s club football," announced the international body on 23/01/2026.

FIFA will also award $1m (€0.84m) to the runners-up, $200,000 (€169,000) to each of the two losing semi-finalists, and $100,000 (€84,500) to the two clubs eliminated in Round 1 and Round 2, Auckland United FC (New Zealand) and Wuhan Jiangda (China). The total prize money for the competition therefore amounts to $3.9m (€3.3m).

The new competition, with the 2026 final phase scheduled to take place in London (ENG) from 28/01 to 01/02/2026, brings together the six continental club champions from the full season preceding the tournament. The semi-finals will be held at Brentford's Gtech Community Stadium (17,250 capacity) on 28/01, while the final and the match for third place will be played at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium (60,704 capacity) on 01/02.
