FIFA: Visa (payment solutions) global sponsor of the first Women's Champions Cup

Visa, an American group specialised in payment solutions, has extended its partnership with FIFA to become a global sponsor of the inaugural edition of the FIFA Women's Champions Cup, announced the international federation on 26/01/2026.

"As part of its sponsorship, Visa will present the Player of the Match awards at both semi-finals, the play-off for third place and the final. The global brand will also be the presenting sponsor of the Player of the Tournament Award, which will be handed to the player who delivered the most exceptional performance in the competition," said FIFA.

The new competition, with the 2026 final phase scheduled to take place in London (ENG) from 28/01 to 01/02/2026, brings together the six continental club champions from the full season preceding the tournament. The semi-finals will be held at Brentford's Gtech Community Stadium (17,250 capacity) on 28/01, while the final and the match for third place will be played at Arsenal's Emirates stadium (60,704 capacity) on 01/02.
