Serie A Enilive: “Fondazione Roma - The Value of the Game”, an award to promote fair play and ethics

Fair play, respect for the rules and sporting ethics, both on and off the pitch, will serve as the criteria to determine which Serie A Enilive club will receive the “Fondazione Roma - The Value of the Game” award at the end of the 2025-26 season, announced Lega Serie A and Fondazione Roma on 22/01/2026.

Fondazione Roma is an institution whose history dates back to the 16^th century, with the creation in Rome of the Monte di Pietà established by Pope Paul III in 1539 to combat usury (loans carrying excessively high interest rates).

"Fondazione Roma supports this award in the belief that sport is a fundamental tool for education, inclusion and social cohesion," said Franco Parasassi, president of Fondazione Roma.

"With this award, we recognise the club that, throughout the season, has shown the greatest respect and fairness on the pitch. This is a message we want to pass on to younger generations, who passionately follow their champions and see them as role models," added Luigi De Siervo, CEO of Lega Serie A.
