Puma SE: Anta Sports (CHN) to acquire all 29% held by Artémis (Pinault family holding company) for €1.5bn

Anta Sports Products, a Chinese sportswear company, "has reached a share purchase agreement with Groupe Artémis, the investment company of the Pinault family, to acquire a 29.06% stake in Puma SE," announced the group based in Jinjiang (CHN) on 27/01/2026.
