Manchester United: Collette Roche promoted to CEO in charge of the new stadium development

Collette Roche has been promoted to the newly created position of CEO in charge of Manchester United FC's (Premier League) new stadium development, announced the club on 27/01/2026. She has served as MUFC's chief operating officer since May 2018.

This announcement comes three days after the official launch of the Old Trafford (south of Manchester, ENG) Regeneration Mayoral Development Corporation (OTR MDC), which will support the delivery of "more than 15,000 new homes and 90,000 jobs, improved public spaces, and significant infrastructure benefits for supporters, residents and visitors, as well as the club's ambition for a new 100,000 capacity stadium".

"Collette has done a fantastic job leading the club’s work to develop our ambition to build a new 100,000-seater stadium as part of the wider Old Trafford Regeneration. As we start to accelerate our plans, we are delighted that Collette will now be totally focused on working to deliver this hugely important project," said Omar Berrada, CEO of Manchester United, to whom Collette Roche will report.
