FSV Mainz 05: new lease agreement for the Mewa Arena with a purchase option for the club in 2036

FSV Mainz 05 (Bundesliga) and the City of Mainz have signed a new lease agreement for the Mewa Arena (33,305 capacity) "which provides a legally secure and binding framework for the economic conditions relating to the planned transfer of ownership of the stadium to the club," announced FSV Mainz on 06/02/2026.
