2025-26 Women's Champions League: a 164% increase in live viewership for the league phase

The league phase of the 2025-26 UEFA Women's Champions League (six matchdays) has recorded, in its first year under this format, a 164% increase in live viewership compared to the 2024-25 group stage (also six matchdays), announced UC3 and EFC on 09/02/2026.

The competition is broadcast in 207 territories by 44 broadcasting partners. The Disney+ platform owns the full media rights to the women's competition in Europe for the 2025-2030 cycle. The CBS group broadcasts the Women's Champions League in the United States (English-language), while beIN Media Group broadcasts the competition in the MENA region and Southeast Asia.

"The UWCL league phase has attracted 2.6 times more live viewers than last season at the same stage. Fan engagement has also extended well beyond the live broadcast. Across social platforms, total interactions reached 774 million, an 84% increase on last season, highlighting the UWCL’s rapidly growing digital footprint," said the two entities which added that "the 2025-26 season is proving to be the most competitive yet".
