European Leagues: partnership with LaSource to develop a centralised data platform

European Leagues has entered into a partnership with LaSource, a French sports consultancy specialised in sport and technological innovation, announced the association on 10/02/2026.

The partnership will see the launch of the joint Sports Data Value Chain (SDVC) project, "a strategic initiative designed to help member leagues gain more control of their sports data and build the foundations for a shared, future-ready data ecosystem," said European Leagues.

The project "explores the opportunity to develop a centralised data platform that reduces fragmentation, standardises definitions and processes, and unlocks new opportunities for collaboration and monetisation across the ecosystem," added European Leagues, which has commissioned LaSource "to conduct a structured audit and technical design exercise to establish a shared baseline and define an actionable path forward."
