The Qatari group beIN Media Group has extended its full and exclusive broadcasting rights to the Summer and Winter Olympic Games for the MENA region for the 2026-2028 period, announced the International Olympic Committee on 11/02/2026.

The new agreement, which began with the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games, also includes the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games as well as the 2026 (Dakar, Senegal) and 2028 (Dolomites - Valtellina, Italy) Youth Olympic Games.

beIN had signed an agreement with the IOC in 2015 to broadcast the Olympic Games in the MENA region until 2024. The Qatari group broadcast the PyeongChang 2018, Tokyo 2020, Beijing 2022 and Paris 2024 Olympics. "This new agreement strengthens beIN's position as the leading sports broadcaster in the MENA region and consolidates its role as a trusted long-term partner of the Olympic Movement," said the IOC.
