UEFA: David Terrier ExCo member with voting rights as president of FIFPRO Europe (2026-2029)

David Terrier, who has been a member of the UEFA Executive Committee in an advisory capacity since May 2025 as president of FIFPRO Europe, will now sit on the committee with "the same rights and duties" as all other members of the comex, under the terms of a change to the statutes voted on at the 50th Ordinary Congress of the European Confederation in Brussels (BEL) on 12/02/2026.

This change is part of the memorandum of understanding signed on 28/10/2024 between UEFA and FIFPRO Europe to "improve players' representation in the governance of European football". The organisation representing professional players thus joins the EFC, which represents the clubs (via two representatives), and European Leagues, which represents domestic leagues (via one representative, like FIFPRO Europe), on UEFA's body.
