Spain: publication of the RFEF's 2025 "Social Action and Sustainability Report"

The RFEF has published its annual Social Action and Sustainability Report, a document that summarises the actions rolled out by the Spanish Football Federation in 2025 in terms of "social impact, environmental sustainability and responsible development within the Spanish football ecosystem," on 16/02/2026.

"In 2025, the RFEF has promoted initiatives aimed at consolidating football as a tool for social cohesion, promoting projects linked to children and young people, inclusion, accessibility at sporting events and the integration of sustainability criteria in the organisation of competitions and federation activities," said the body chaired by Rafael Louzán.

"The report reflects a cross-cutting management model, in which sustainability and social action are not isolated initiatives, but rather strategic lines integrated into the planning and execution of the federation's activities, aligned with national and international standards in the sector," added the RFEF, whose action plan is in fact based on five strategic pillars: social progress, sustainability, equality, inclusion and…
