Russia: Nissan becomes the automotive partner of Spartak Moscow until 2017-18

The Japanese automobile manufacturer Nissan has become the automotive partner of Spartak Moscow (Russia) until the end of the 2017-18 season, announced the club on 26/05/2015.

The Nissan logo appear on the sleeve of the club's shirt. The company will benefit from LED advertising board visibility and the image rights of the players. Players and club staff will be loaned Nissan cars during the three years of the contract. Nissan also became a partner of the FK Zenit until 2017-18 on 07/04/2015. The contract with the St. Petersburg club is estimated at between €1.8m and €2.3m per year by the Russian press.

The automaker wants to boost its sales in Russia, which fell by 41% during the first four months of 2015 to 33,782 units.
