Warner Bros. Discovery: a turnover of $37.3bn (-5.1%) and net profit of $727m in 2025

Warner Bros. Discovery, parent company of pay-TV group Eurosport and streaming platform HBO Max, posted a turnover of $37.3bn in 2025 (€31.7bn at 31/12/2025), according to the results published by the media and entertainment conglomerate on 26/02/2026.

Turnover was down 5.1% compared with 2024 ($39.32bn / €37.75bn at 31/12/2024). The American group posted a net profit of $727m (€618m) in 2025, compared with a net loss of $11.31bn (-€10.86bn) in 2024. The conglomerate also posted an EBITDA of $8.74bn (€7.43bn) in 2025 ($9.03bn / €8.67bn in 2024).

Warner Bros. Discovery had 131.6 million subscribers to its DtoC services (including HBO Max and discovery+) at the end of 2025 (compared with 116.9 million at the end of 2024), including 59.2 million in the United States and Canada.

In Europe, Warner Bros Discovery group owns the pay-TV broadcasting rights to UCI competitions (until 2031), certain cycling races organised by ASO, including the Tour de France (until 2030), the Olympic Games (until 2032) and the Australian Open (until 2031) and US Open (until 2027) Grand Slam tournaments.
