• The United Soccer League has announced Weatherford Capital as its new strategic partner. This investment comes as the USL plans to launch a men's first division in 2027-28, which would compete with the Major League Soccer.
• SV Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) has announced, through its managing director Klaus Filbry in a podcast, the cancellation of its US tour, which was scheduled to take place in May 2026, citing the political climate as the main factor.
• adidas has extended its partnership with the Kings League for three years (2026-2029) and expanded it to include the Queens League, the women's counterpart to the 7-a-side football competition.
• The audiovisual group CBS (Paramount Skydance) has acquired the US broadcasting rights for Concacaf women’s competitions through 2030.
