News Tank Football: elections, appointments & departures recorded in February 2026

• David Terrier, who has been a member of the UEFA Executive Committee in an advisory capacity since May 2025 as president of FIFPRO Europe, will now sit on the committee with "the same rights and duties" as all other members of the comex, under the terms of a change to the statutes voted on at the 50^th Ordinary Congress of the European Confederation in Brussels (BEL) on 12/02/2026.

• Martin Aurenche has stepped down from his position as senior director of media at LFP Media, announced the Ligue de Football Professionnel on 17/02/2026. He had held this position since March 2023.

• Thibaut Chatelard, marketing and revenue director at AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 McDonald's) since April 2023, has left the club to join Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 McDonald's) as "senior vice president, marketing & revenue", he announced on LinkedIn on 17/02/2026.

• Sascha Fligge has been appointed director of corporate communications at the Deutsche Fußball Liga, effective from 01/05/2026, announced the DFL on 23/02/2026.
