Ligue 1 McDonald's: Richard Declaude (Stade Rennais) to become CEO of Toulouse FC

Toulouse FC (Ligue 1 McDonald’s) has "reached an agreement with Richard Declaude, who will soon join the club as CEO," announced the club on 06/03/2026. The date of his appointment will be communicated "at a later stage".

Richard Declaude has been deputy CEO in charge of revenue at Stade Rennais FC since January 2026. He joined the club in April 2019 as commercial and marketing director. "In these roles, he played a key part in the development of SRFC’s revenue streams, the structuring of the organisation and the management of commercial and partnership activities," added Toulouse FC.

He will therefore join Olivier Cloarec, executive president of Stade Rennais FC from May 2022 to September 2024 and president of Toulouse FC since 15/07/2025.
