adidas launches new "Messi 15" boot in honour of Lionel Messi (ARG, FC Barcelona)

The German sports equipment manufacturer adidas has unveiled the "Messi 15", the new football boot designed specially for Lionel Messi (ARG, FC Barcelona), announced the brand on 01/06/2015. The launch of this boot is part of the adidas strategy that has stopped production of its current range of shoes to introduce two new pairs: the "Ace15" and "X15" on 25/05/2015.

Lionel Messi has been under contract with adidas since 2006. He will wear the boots for the first time in the final of the Champions League, which pits FC Barcelona (Liga BBVA) against Juventus (Serie A TIM) at the Olympiastadion in Berlin (74,000 seats) on 06/06/2015.
