Chelsea FC (Premier League) is the club in the European Top 5 with the highest cumulative value of players owned (at club or on loan), at €1.732bn, according to the CIES Football Observatory's "Weekly Post" published on 11/03/2026. The London club's 54 players are valued at an average of €32.1m.

Chelsea is ahead of Manchester City FC (Premier League), with a combined valuation of €1.608bn (average €34.2m), and Real Madrid CF (LALIGA EA Sports), at €1.541bn. However, the Madrid club has the highest average value per player, at €42.8m, ahead of Arsenal FC (€39.6m) and FC Barcelona (€37.5m).

Paris Saint-Germain, first Ligue 1 McDonald's representative, ranks 6^th (€1.346bn aggregate, average €35.4m/player), two places ahead of FC Bayern Munich, 8^th and first Bundesliga club (€1bn). The leading Serie A Enilive club ranks 11^th with FC Inter Milan, whose cumulative value of players owned is estimated at €820m.
