"FIFA is fundamentally committed to change and are determined to address the issues that continue to undermine FIFA and football more broadly. Now is the time for FIFA to move forward. There is significant work to be done in order to regain the trust of the public and to fundamentally reform the way in which people see FIFA. These steps will ensure that the organization cannot be used by those seeking to enrich themselves at the expense of the game," stated Domenico Scala, the chairman of the FIFA Audit and Compliance Committee, in Zurich (SUI), on 02/06/2015.

Domenico Scala made his "remarks" just after the announcement by Joseph Blatter, FIFA president re-elected for another four years on 29/05/2015, of his decision to leave office as soon as an extraordinary congress can organized "as early as possible" to determine Blatter's successor.

"It must be (the FIFA) Executive Committee to organize the extraordinary congress and the election of a new president. It is expected that this could occur at any time between December this year (2015) and March of next year (2016)," stated…
