Daniel McEwan, director of partnerships at Chelsea FC (Premier League) since January 2025, has left the club, he announced on LinkedIn on 11/03/2026.

"To reflect on the last 14 months fills me with immense pride of what the club and commercial team has achieved:
• 16 new partners signed, onboarded, launched and activated;
• 2 front of shirt (IFS for the end of 2025-26, Damac Properties for the second part of 2024-25) and 2 sleeve deals (FPT for 2025-26, Live Nation for the end of 2024-25;
• 5 partner extensions;
• 8 international events from Perth (Australia) to Malta and everywhere inbetween," said Daniel McEwan.

He previously spent six years with McLaren Racing (Formula 1), including two as director of partnerships (from January 2023 to January 2025). Daniel Mc Ewan was notably involved in the London club's partnership with the Swedish AI-based industrial software developer IFS, Chelsea's main shirt sponsor from February 2026 until the end of the 2025-26 season.
