Bundesliga: Star India acquires 2015-2020 TV rights for India and five other countries in the region

Star India announced on 01/06/2015 that it had acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights to the Bundesliga from 2015 to 2020 for India, thus confirming a press release from DFL Sports Enterprises, a subsidiary of the DFL, which manages the audiovisual and commercial rights to the German professional football league, on 26/11/2014.

The Indian broadcasting group, which is owned by 21^st Century Fox, has also acquired the same rights for Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
