Spain/RFEF: Movistar (Telefonica) official sponsor of all Spanish national teams for 4 years (2026-2030)

Movistar, a brand owned by telecoms operator Telefonica, has become the official sponsor of the Spanish national teams (men's, women's, U21s and youth teams) until 2030, announced the Real Federación Espanola de Futbol on 18/03/2026.

The agreement covers the 2026 World Cup, the Women's World Cup 2027, the men's Euro 2028 and the 2030 World Cup, of which Spain is a host country with Portugal and Morocco, with both partners working to develop "new initiatives that connect technology, entertainment, and sports."

Movistar ranks second in the RFEF's sponsorship hierarchy alongside four other brands: car manufacturer Ebro and insurance company Mapfre, the Spanish national teams' training kit sponsors, as well as energy company Iberdrola and booking platform Halcón Viajes.

"This partnership is not just a commercial agreement, but a union between the company and the sport that promotes the Spain brand worldwide.
