Sunderland AFC: a turnover of £40.3m and a net loss of £4m in 2024-25

Sunderland AFC (Premier League) posted a turnover of £40.3m (€46.6m) for the 2024-25 financial year (01/08/2024 to 31/07/2025), up slightly on the previous year (£38.2m/€45m), announced the club on 18/03/2026.

This is "the highest revenue generation of any Championship club without parachute payments during the reporting period," said the club, which was relegated to the Sky Bet Championship at the end of the 2017-18 season before returning to the Premier League in 2025-26.

Sunderland also posted a net loss of £4m (€4.6m), compared with a net result of -£8.4m (-€9.9m) twelve months earlier.
