Investments: Kylian Mbappé shareholder and ambassador of French unicorn Alan (insurance)

French international Kylian Mbappé has become a shareholder in French unicorn Alan, specialised in health and provident insurance, the company announced during an event marking its 10^th anniversary held in Paris on 23/03/2026.

The Real Madrid CF (LALIGA EA Sports) player, who invests via Coalition Capital, the investment arm of his company Interconnected Ventures set up in 2018, thus joins two former French internationals as shareholders in the company: Blaise Matuidi and Antoine Griezmann.

As part of this investment, Kylian Mbappé’s image will be used by Alan on its website as well as in the form of an avatar. The player will take part in a “daily step league” for members of the insurer, who will be able to challenge him over 24 hours and, if they beat him, enter a draw to meet him in person.

Alan, which covers more than one million people, notably became the health insurer of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance from 01/01/2026. "Including dependants and retirees, this new contract could cover up to 465,000 beneficiaries," said Alan.
