Belgium: Daikin (HVAC) becomes the shirt sponsor of Brugge for the 2015-16 season

Daikin, a Japanese manufacturer of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems, has become the shirt sponsor of Club Brugge SV (Jupiler Pro League, Belgium) for the 2015-16 season, announced the club on 02/06/2015. The contract was concluded through its subsidiary Daikin Belux, which targets Belgium and Luxembourg.

The contract is estimated at between €2m and €3m for the 2015-16 season by the Dutch-Belgian daily newspaper De Morgen. "Many factors are involved in this strong connection between the two brands. It makes me so proud to see Daikin get involved with the club, after having been active for years in the cycling world," said Bart Verhaeghe, the president of Club Brugge SV, on 02/06/2015.
