Chelsea FC: a turnover of £490.8m & a net loss of £262.6m in 2024-25

Chelsea FC (Premier League) posted a turnover of £490.8m (€574.4m) for the 2024-25 financial year (01/07/2024 to 30/06/2025), up 4.7% compared with 2023-24 (£468.5m/€553m), the club announced on 12/04/2026.

This represents the second-highest turnover in the London club’s history, with TV rights revenue increasing from £163m to £203.2m in 2024-25, linked to a 4^th place in the Premier League (6^th in 2023-24), the club’s victory in the UEFA Europa Conference League and its participation in the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. Revenue linked to victories in the quarter-finals (04/07), semi-finals (08/07) and final (13/07) of the competition will be recorded in the 2025-26 financial year.

The club’s wage bill stood at £312.8m (€366m), compared with £294.6m (€347.6m) a year earlier. Chelsea FC posted a net loss of £262.6m (€307.3m), compared with a net profit of £129.6m (€153m) on 30/06/2024. Chelsea FC Holdings Limited, the club’s parent company, sold its women’s team to its parent company BlueCo in May 2024, generating revenue of £198.7m (€234.4m) as part of this restructuring.
