The FA: Alexandra Willis (ex-Premier League and Wimbledon) appointed chief digital officer

Alexandra Willis has been appointed chief digital officer of The Football Association, she announced on LinkedIn on 14/04/2026.

Until now, she has held the position of digital media and audience development director at the Premier League (since September 2022), having previously held various positions at the Wimbledon Grand Slam, including marketing and communications director (August 2021 to August 2022).

Alexandra Willis' responsibilities at the English League included the development and management of the various Premier League platforms (website, app, Fantasy Premier League game) as well as the roll-out of various campaigns and the recent launch of the Premier League+ streaming platform in Singapore for the 2026-27 season.
