Borussia Dortmund: first edition of Street Soccer USA LA Cup in Los Angeles, with LA Galaxy

Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) organised the Street Soccer USA LA Cup event in Los Angeles (California, United States) on 18/04/2026, in collaboration with Street Soccer USA and with the support of LA Galaxy.

The event took place at L.A. Live, which was "transformed into a stadium-like setup, with BVB-branded courts, LED screens and a stage blending sport and street culture."

"Throughout the day, the event delivered both a tournament and a festival-like atmosphere. More than 300 youth participants aged 10-14, alongside adult and company teams, competed in fast-paced matches and the Youth Cup."

The Street Soccer USA LA Cup is part of the BVB World Street Series street football initiative, which builds on four tournaments previously organised by the club at Times Square (New York, United States), where Borussia Dortmund has a permanent office since February 2024.
