Ligue 1/Ligue 2: players to wear first names of discrimination victims on shirts from 24 to 27/04

The Ligue de Football Professionnel will organise, as part of its 1TEAM CSR programme, a campaign against all forms of discrimination (racism, sexism, antisemitism, homophobia) during Matchday 31 of 2025-26 Ligue 1 McDonald’s and Matchday 32 of Ligue 2 BKT, from 24 to 27/04, the LFP announced on 24/04/2026.

As part of this campaign, entitled "34 names, 34 stories, one reality," players’ names on the back of shirts will be replaced by the first names of victims of these different forms of discrimination, selected by partner organisations.

The campaign, which will notably rely on the broadcasting of Ligue 1 matches on Ligue 1+ (eight matches out of nine), also includes:
• promotion by clubs on social media, highlighting victims’ testimonies;
• support from Ligue 1+ and beIN SPORTS (one Ligue 1 match and full Ligue 2 coverage), with interviews of representatives from partner organisations and explanations of the shirt lettering;
• visibility on the Mon Petit Gazon (fantasy league) and Mon Petit Prono (prediction) applications.
