DAZN has launched the DAZN48 initiative, bringing together 48 content creators - one from each qualified country - for the 2026 World Cup, the OTT platform announced on 24/04/2026.

The streaming service aims to align with the first edition of the tournament featuring 48 teams. DAZN has opened applications to all content creators. "Each selected creator will represent a participating nation, becoming DAZN’s correspondent for the tournament and producing content primarily for social media through daily reactions and cultural storytelling," the platform explained.

"DAZN48 will highlight real fans from diverse and rich cultures, as well as authentic stories, while capturing how the tournament is experienced around the world. DAZN48 will bring together 48 unique fan cultures in a global conversation around the World Cup."
