Mark Langer has been appointed chief financial officer of Puma with immediate effect, the German equipment manufacturer announced on 01/05/2026.

He succeeds Markus Neubrand, who has held this position since October 2024 and will leave the group on 30/09/2026. Mark Langer had been chief financial officer of the German beauty retailer Douglas since May 2021, after 17 years at the ready-to-wear brand Hugo Boss (notably as chief financial officer between 2010 and 2017, and as CEO and chairman of the managing board from 2016 to 2020).

"Mark Langer brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in finance, strategy and general management, with a strong track record in driving performance and shaping global consumer brands in publicly listed environments," Puma said.

Mark Langer also joins the German group's management board, alongside Arthur Hoeld (CEO), Maria Valdes (chief brand officer), Matthias Baeumer (chief commercial officer) and Andreas Hubert (chief operating officer).
